LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturer’s Six (6)-Month Limited Warranty

BathFan Solutions, LLC – Liberator & EZSoffitVent

BathFan Solutions, LLC grants to the original installing purchaser a limited warranty for the termination system sold under the trade names ‘Liberator’ and ‘EZSoffitVent’. This Warranty shall begin on the date of purchase and continue for six (6) months from the date of that original purchase.

This Warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and is contingent upon proper installation and use of this product in the application for which it was intended. This Warranty does not cover the the product if it has been damaged during shipping, damaged by the installer, any accident, alteration or operation contrary to the recommendations of BathFan Solutions, LLC, or due to normal wear and tear, as determined in BathFan Solutions, LLC sole discretion. This Warranty does not cover or apply to any modifications, repairs, adulterations or unauthorized changes to the Product by any person not duly authorized by BathFan Solutions, LLC.

During the stated Warranty Period, BathFan Solutions, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace any Product that is found to be defective under normal use and service and after proof of proper installation, having no prior repairs, modifications, adulterations or unauthorized changes to the Products. Labor to remove and replace the product is not covered nor is the return shipping cost.

BATHFAN SOLUTIONS, LLC MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR COURSE OF TRADE.

MAUFACTURER’S LIMITED LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, THIRD-PARTY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT, ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE, WHETHER ARISING UNDER BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING WITHOUT CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF MANUFACTURER IS MADE AWARE OF SUCH CLAIMS.

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
